Do I have to pay to use the services of Integripath?
No. Whether we place you with one of our clients or not, you will never be asked to pay anything. Working with Integripath is 100% free for any candidate. Integripath receives compensation from our hiring companies.
If I was hired with an Integripath client, would it be as a Contractor or as a Permanent/Direct-Hire employee?
Each position and client is unique in their preferred method of hiring. Each client has three options to choose from when hiring: Permanent/Direct-Hire, Temporary, or Temporary-to-Permanent.
If I was hired as a Contractor, how and when would I be paid?
You would be paid from Integripath on a bi-weekly basis, or in some instances, every week. Your Integripath representative will inform you of these details prior to your first day on the job. Integripath also offers the option of direct deposit.
Would I receive benefits as a Contract employee of Integripath?
Yes. Every contract employee averaging a certain amount of hours per week is entitled to health and dental benefits through Integripath. In addition, Integripath offers paid holidays, a retirement plan with company match, fitness discounts, paid holidays, etc. For some clients, there is options to receive more benefits, such as: Paid-Time-Off (PTO), financial assistance for Transportation, Monthly Bonus, Cell Phone and Tuition Reimbursement. During the initial screening process, your Integripath representative will inform you of all benefits available to you, and any requirements, if applicable.
How long do Contract assignments last?
It varies based on your position and project. In almost all instances, you will know the approximate duration prior to beginning work with that client. However, length of contract is at the sole discretion of the client.
Will I make more money as a Contract employee or as a Permanent/Direct-Hire?
It depends on your position and the client for which you are working. In many cases, you will make more money as a Contract employee.
